Bring your mat and join Courtney for a Saturday morning energy boost! We’ll practice yoga that flows from one pose to the next, linking movement and breath. This class aims to generate heat, build strength, and get you energized for the weekend. Courtney will offer variations to make the experience more accessible to all levels. All ages and genders are welcome at this class. This class will involve moving from the floor to standing and back again fairly often.
