Volunteer (now with coffee & donuts) at Food Bank of the Rockies

We will be volunteering in Food Bank of the Rockies’ warehouse. This could involve sorting food, dividing bulk food into individual bags, or assembling boxes of shelf-stable food to distribute to community members.
This is a fun way to give to the community and connect with other Secular Hub members! It can be quite social, and there is music! Consider wearing athletic apparel.
Per popular demand, I’ll bring coffee and donuts this time for your enjoyment!
You must wear close-toed shoes. Food Bank of the Rockies requests you step outside or into the break room if you need to use your phone. Headphone use is not allowed on the warehouse floor. Lockers with locks are available, so no need to leave valuables in your car.
This is a family-friendly event: children 10 or over are welcome as long as a parent or guardian accompanies them. You must be 16+ to attend without parent or guardian. You are welcome to bring guests.
Please list the number of guests and/or children you plan to bring when you RSVP so I have a reasonably accurate tally of total attendance. FBR can accommodate physical limitations (e.g. not able to lift significant weight). Just let the volunteer coordinator know!
